CHRISTMAS

Kmart is helping us give to others in need this Christmas with the annual Wishing Tree Appeal. Kmart will be collecting gifts, The Salvation Army will distribute them and, together, they will make a difference to 17,000 families in need. Gifts will be accepted from November 14th up until Christmas Eve.
Re: START Mall is getting into the festive spirit with family entertainment, late-night shopping and Christmas movie nights. On Thursday and Friday nights in the two weeks leading up to Christmas, the mall will stay open to 9pm. There will also be screenings of the classic Christmas movies Fred Claus, Arthur Christmas, How The Grinch Stole Christmas and Elf, and the new Kiwiplay children’s playground in the Play:ZONE to try. Movies start at 6.30pm and filmgoers are advised to bring their own cushions.
Starship Children’s Hospital has turned 25 and would like to acknowledge everyone who has helped them reach this wonderful milestone. Here’s to another 25 years of delivering outstanding care to young patients.
